Charles Johnson and Dan Akroyd?

Tell me this, if you went on to college and then went on to play for the Falcons but in your spare time still had a soft spot for the Panthers and wore their hat away from your place of work, would it be wrong?

I don't really think so. As long as he's a pro on the field and wants to take Ryan's head off I'm ok with it.

The guy was born, raised, played high school and college ball in Georgia. I bet he idolized the Falcons, no reason to hate on a player if he likes another team. Even if they are a huge rival.

Cam is also from Georgia...He said he grew up a Falcon fan. I really doubt he wanted to lose to them on Sunday. Don't really see the big deal with Charles wearing the hat either.

crystal head is the sh*t btw. triple filtered through synthetic diamonds... smells like rubbing alcohol, tastes like a dream.

I saw the big truck yesterday when I was driving and didn't even know that's what it was for...

I knew there was going to be a thread on this haha they are talking about it on wfnz too.

he's not wearing it cause he loves or roots for the falcons, he's not wearing it to needle any panthers fans, and he's not doing it for any reason other than his own culturally influenced sense of fashion. I'm very sure he means no one any offense, I believe he loves the Panthers organization and is more than appreciative of the U-Haul full of money they dumped on his lap. I'm sure he'll continue to bust his ass on the game and practice field as long as he's employed by Jerry Richardson.

That said, when you employee someone for your company, you expect them to work hard, fulfill his contractual obligations, be a good co-worker, and demonstrate allegiance and loyalty to the company and its brand. This goes for the corn dog maker at Orange Julius and the cashier at Bojangles, nevermind the highest-paid employee of a nationally recognized organization. To put yourself on the internet for all to see promoting your closest competitor in the same week they got the best of you is careless and ignorant of your responsibilities to your company.

THAT said, I really don't care. Just think there is cause to be irritated by it. Especially if you know the PSL money you're stretching your budget to afford is going to Charles Johnson's collection of Falcons hats, when he could afford to wear anything on his head in the world.

Also, Darin Gantt told me to get a hobby on twitter. :-/
