I never said he didn't play hard because I think he does, I don't know how passionate he is about his team only he could answer that but I do know how passionate I am about my teams(Carolina Panthers, Duke Blue Devils) that you would never catch me in another teams gear especially in a rivals gear(Atlanta Falcons, unc tar heels). Sorry but I do care, I am very passionate about my team that I pay hard earned money to go see and it takes me a while to get over losses so when I see one of our leaders on defense that we pay a ton of money too wearing a hat of the team that just beat us it pisses me off. Hey I know it's my problem and my issue but I don't like it.

I think the difference is timing, we just lost a divisional game to our divisional rival(Atlanta Falcons) and 4 days later our highest paid player is out tweeting pics of himself in a Falcons hat. The loss still hurts to us diehard Panther fans and to see CJ rocking their hat hits a nerve. I understand that it just matches the outfit he was wearing but that doesn't mean I can't have an issue with it. If KD was wearing a Bulls hat out after they had just lost to the Bulls is much different then him wearing it in the off season.

I'll def. give you that and tweeting it probably wasn't his smartest move ever. I was mainly just analyzing the "pro athletes wearing other teams hats/gear" in general and how it's just not a big deal to them. If we start winning some of these close games, then these types of threads might not even exist, that's what I'm ready for :cheers2:
