I don't understand how you can't like hockey. It's fast paced, physical, there's fights, it's a tense game from start to finish. I really enjoy watching hockey, and if you've ever gone to a game at the RBC center, it rivals any live sporting event I've ever been too.

And the best thing is, every time you go into a bathroom stall there's a roll of hockey tickets hanging there.

NFL is a clear cut first.

Formula 1 racing. Only other professional sporting event I have been to. Planning on going to the first race in Houston too.

College hoops. UConn ball and tourney time... Only the Panthers beat my UConn pride.

Soccer. If I lived somewhere that had a legit soccer team (LOL at the Wilmington Hammerheads :( ), I'm sure I'd be a big fan. I just find it hard to get really invested in my Man U Red Devils from all the way over here. But when the World Cup comes around... Damn, I get so into that sh*t.

Hockey. I love the Canes, but I don't really follow the sport at all unless the Canes are in the post season. It's really entertaining to watch though.

Boxing. I'm a boxer, and although I love watching it, I have never followed it on a consistent basis.

1. College Basketball & Formula 1 - I never miss a UNC game or F1 race. So I must love them equally.

2. MLB, NBA, NFL - Can't choose between these 3

3. MotoGP - RIP Marco Simoncelli

4. Soccer - Love watching a good Soccer match

5. Hockey - Very casual fan

6. College Football - Screw the BCS

Formula 1 racing. Only other professional sporting event I have been to. Planning on going to the first race in Houston too.

You mean Austin? :)

It was announced yesterday that the US is getting a 2nd Grand Prix in 2013. It's going to take place on a street circuit in New Jersey across the Hudson River from Manhattan.

Is it Austin? For some reason, I've always thought it was Houston. And word at the New Jersey one, that's much closer to me. I'm sure they're doing their best on capitalizing on how Nascar is growing in the US. "Look at us, we're like Nascar except 8000 times better and we don't go in circles!!"

Only race I've ever been to was Indy in 2002. It was an absolutely incredible weekend. The race wasn't extremely exciting and Michael let Rubens by him for the win, but it was still breathtaking. I'm excited to go back to another event.

    • We are wearing black jerseys with blue pants. I'm getting a little exhausted with all the combos.  I kinda miss the black/silver and black/black for certain games tbh.
    • Its not something that could be backed up by data one way or the other.  Its just an opinion, like most things stated here.   Regarding my comment that started this discussion, Imo its more difficult to find good offensive linemen than wide receivers, due to a number of factors.  Granted that anyone that reaches the NFL has elite skills, but  I think that most players with the size, strength and skill would rather play on the defensive line.  If an offensive linemen does his job well, no one hears his name.  But if a Dlinemen gets to the qb a couple of times a game, all the fans know it.   Have a good offensive line directly impacts the run and passing attacks.  Where as have a good group of receivers only indirectly impacts the run game.  Miami's run game has taken a huge hit this year, while ours have improved.  I think Hunt is a big part of the reason this is true.  Not the only part of course, but a big part.
    • Where is the Roaring Riot tailgate these days. Probably the best bet
