Game 71: Bobcats @ Wizards

Its The Milk

Recommended Posts

Chicago is peaking now. It is time to look at passing Detroit which seems unlikely but they have lost 5 of their last six and are really loaded with heavy injuries. We are four behind them and they own the tie breaker so it will take some serious luck.

The Bobcats are a very tired team. The lack of bench help over the past 3-4 weeks has hurt us in two ways: one, obviously they are not contributing much; two, Brown is forced to play the starters more and it is catching up to them. After a much needed rest, they played so well against Washington until, IMHO, fatigue set in late. This team is tired. We must find a good backup for Raja in the offseason. Diop has to do more next season and our rookies need absolutely to NOT have a sophmore slump next season. Nazr needs to be moved but the only ammo we may have to offer with him is our first round pick (looking like to be in the 10-12 range unless we hit jackpot when the balls drop).

Went to the game last night... had a blast! Just wish the Bobcats had won.

The game came down to missed free throws (Okafor was pathetic) but even after all that, with the steel, we had a chance to tie it up and wouldn't put back a single rebound (I think we had like 3 or 4 chances).

Just sad... especially against a team like the Wizards.
