If anyone is old enough like me you remember you could get either Channel 3 (CBS) and 4 out of Greenville SC (NBC). 3 carried Redskin games, 4 carried Dolphin games (AFC). Became a Dolphin fan at 10 (1972). When the Panthers came to town the Phins took second place. Finally got to see them both at same time Jimmie J took Miami coaching job. Was so hyped up to see Marino but Jimmie was in his "establish the run" phase and Marino threw only like 15 times......lol

Redskins were my first hated team, I pretty much grew up in VA so the fans were everywhere. I have liked the Raiders since I was 7, so when they destroyed the 'Skins when I was 10 that is when i became a fan of the game... Jumped on the Carolina bandwagon week3 in 1995 because I wanted an NFC team. I still hope I can see a Carolina/Oakland SuperBowl one day...

So Washington is like 6-2 against us. We didnt beat them until the 2003 season and I always heard about that from sh_t-talkin Skins fans. The only reason I dont say I hate the Skins anymore is cause my hatred has been moved to the other 3 NFC South teams. I strongly dislike the Redskins, Cowboys and Packers...

I was a skins fan and still folllow them from a distance. I guess they would be my second favorite team. They really fell off my radar when Daniel Snyder bought them. He reminds too much of Jerry Jones (don't like) in how he runs the organization.

Okay, my turn, my turn.

Umm, okay so born and raised in Charlotte, and I learned what football was when I was around 8 years old. My mom's family is from south Florida, so they would get me Dolphins stuff all the time, and this was the early 80's - Super Bowl appearances (against the hated Deadskins), Dan Marino, Mark Clayton and Mark "Super" Duper, I was a huge fan of that aerial attack. I loved only the Dolphins.

And then, many years later while in college, I was watching the news one night and the NFL officially announced they were expanding to Charlotte. I've never looked back since, not for one second. I've been a devoted hard-core fan since the Panthers were officially born in 1993.

I was 6 years old when the Panther's first took the field in 95. I didn't know football prior to that, so I was raised on this team. Never been another team, never will be another.

All I know is Carolina Panther football, and that's all I care to know. Got a few fam members who are huge redskin fans, though. Most of them live in Eastern NC

Oh, they have been sued numerous times. For whatever reason, they have been able to win each case.
