Cam has shown 100% of his potential. He is obviously a rookie and has not reached his ceiling of greatness yet, but he has definitely shown that he can ball with the big boys. he has shown a latent excellence of ability that may or may not be developed.

I don't get it. He's a rookie with no off season and questions concerning his entire persona and mechanics coming out of college. He puts points up the board and makes our offense run.

I don't even know how you assign a percentage level to quarterbacks. Has any quarterback reached 100% of their potential? How much is Eli Manning worth compared to Peyton Manning? 75%? 50%? 25%?

I'll go 80%. The 20% I'm ready for is the percent of his potential that puts more points on the board. So I suppose that's Red Zone and Clutch. The rest he's displayed.
