Rams will Auction that pick to the highest bidder... and with the new rookie cap and teams bidding against each other they will get a killer deal.

Broncos, Miami, and the Chiefs will all definitely want Luck and all of them will probably be picking in the top 7.

They will trade, but I can't see them trading beyond the top 5 because they'll be missing out on some good talent. Unless they get a herschel walker(or now Carson Palmer lulz) type deal.

Problem for the Rams is that they signed Bradford to the last #1 pick mega contract in the NFL. Our #1, Cam was the first rookie cap bargain. Sucks to be the Rams, no one will want Bradford and his huge, guaranteed contract. :D

Not to mention any accelerated bonus money that would go against their cap if Bradford were traded. We may have traded PR during the 05 draft if it weren't for this.
