I see, so it's Cam's fault that our defense has no ability to stop our opponents from scoring.

We are ranked 5th in total offense and 16th in total defense (31st in rushing defense)... I rest my case.

Get back to me on Cam when our defense shows up.

Also, if we could ever get ahead by more than 1 TD we could probably win, cuz lord knows we can trade TD's with the best of them.

If you watch the screen close, the DT recognized it and started dropping back as soon as Cam looked at Williams. You could be right as we may need to run a bunch of different screens so the defense can't recognize it.

thats my point, he was probably coached up to look for that screen and made a nice catch. that play was predictable and the falcons sniffed it out.

The Panthers have always been that way.

They always relax with a 3 point or 7 point lead. It was the same way when Fox was here, therefore, it's clearly just a product of being a bad team that can't put opponents away when they have a chance to.

When we have had the lead, Cam is continually leaned upon by the offense. The running game can't get anything going, and on 3rd down it comes down to Cam making a play. If DLo or Stew can get the ball more and make something happen, it would take so much pressure off of Cam to add to that lead.

Seriously, I want to see more play calls for the RB's. Cam can make things happen, but when there is a lead sometimes you have to be more conservative. The play calls have been very aggressive, even on 3rd and short, and that needs to change. It hasn't been working so far, so try something different.

I really do agree with this. Although it seems like we are trying to run the ball more its not working and forces us to go 3 and out. Maybe some more power O or Something might work better than draws in the Shotgun. IDK but if your gashing a team with the run and the lead good things will happen. As one coach said "when a QB drops back to pass 3 things can happen and 2 of them are bad".
