The Walking Dead on AMC

They said just before the quick preview on Comic Men that that would be the only preview... Simply showed Rick & Carl in the field, Carl asking "But how did Shane die?" and then they hear the walkers coming out of the woods and turn to the house...

I dont under stand why Shane was going to do it within eyesight of the house? They walk what I thought was a long way, only to be right back in the side yard??? Excellent episode - that was Lori's most genuine moment since it started...

- think Glen could be Carl's real father -the kid is part ninja...

- is Herschel only welcoming them in because there is only 1 episode left?

- is Glen ever going to get over himself and get some more farmer's daughter poonani?

- how in the fug did the woods suddenly, conveniently, get swarmed with walkers?

I thought the same thing about them being so close to the house

and yeah ..where did all those walkers come from?? slowly followed them back from when they picked up Randall maybe??

Glenn does need to get over himself ..I know what he does in the comics..but not sure what they're gonna have him do on the show...

Was thinking about this last night some... could be a serious plot hole if nitpicked esp since Rick, Shane, Glenn and Daryl were all roaming those woods for hours and saw no walkers other than Randall... maybe they'll explain it as another Zombie swarm/hoard coming thru and they heard the 2 gun shots...? That's the only real explanation... unless zombies can magically appear in the woods.

Also, I'm interested where they are going with this deal with everyone being infected and if they die of anything except a brain injury, they'll become a walker.

One question I have... so apparently Randall died of a broken neck via Shane, right? So, how could a zombie with a broken neck walk if the infected brain couldn't communicate with the arms and legs because of a broken neck? I think that they missed that one...

For you Shane fans...

http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2012/03/the-walking-deads-jon-bernthal-officially-joins-tnts-la-noir.html

Now that his character on "The Walking Dead" has been officially been killed off (twice for good measure), actor Jon Bernthal has been confirmed as the lead actor in "L.A. Noir," the upcoming Frank Darabont-led TNT cop show.

Darabont was responsible for Bernthal's casting as the Shane on "The Walking Dead." When Darabont abruptly left the show in July 2011, Bernthal -- along with his fellow co-stars -- was mum about their showrunner's departure, but when Darabont landed a new pilot with TNT, speculation immediately focused on the actor as a potential leading man for the project.

And, thanks to a marketing snafu, confirmation of Bernthal's "Walking Dead" death leaked in February which made his leap to Darabont's new show even more of a likelihood.

"L.A. Noir" is based on John Buntin's book about the decades-long conflict between the LAPD and the Los Angeles underworld. Set in the 1950s, Bernthal will play a cop hot on the trail of gangster Mickey Cohen.

1. maybe they were searching to the north and the zombies were all to the south east.

2. they're not going anywhere, its a plot device to make sure that there's always some zombie stuff happening

3. its a tv show about zombies
