Don't think they're actively capturing new walkers...just contained loved ones and people they knew. Doc dude still under the impression they are simply infected and have qualities worthy of saving.

That really never made sense to me even in the comics. Like you're holding out for a cure but the whole time these people are rotting away like a corpse would. So lets say you had a cure that would make them unzombies, they wouldn't be able to live or function anyways because their insides have rotted out and most of these zombies have started losing teeth and other appendages. I think its more of a weakness that you can't shoot your mom or wife or brother (kind of like Morgan in S1 when he shot all the walkers but couldn't shoot his wife). I feel them though I would have a hard time pulling the trigger on my family members if they were zombies but I think eventually I'd nut up and do it.
