McDonald's Cashier Delivers Justice

I've been places where I've seen people act just like those two chicks did and it frustrates me like poo and I wish I could smack the sh*t out of them. He was doing his job by checking the bill because if his register came up short it would probably come out of his check and honestly if they made that much of a big deal about him checking it, it was probably fake. When the hoe swung at him and smacked him that when I don't care what you do you're no longer Ray the McDonalds employee you're Ray the human being and he had every right to defend himself once they jumped that counter.

Getting the pole maybe was a bit much but once they were on the ground he should have stopped.

In his defense...and until we hear further witness testimony behind the counter...what were the chicks doing on the floor that he felt the need to hit them again. Were they attempting to get up and reach in a pocket or trying to get something out of a purse? Do you know? I'll reserve judgement until all the fact are out. Who gives anyone the right to jump a counter and try to hit someone...

The guy was in jail before this for 10 or so years for manslaughter. The guy's a nut. And those women didn't deserve the beating they got. One of them received a fractured skull, and broken arm.

Also, I think it's rather crazy some of you think the guy did nothing wrong.

People have no morals I guess..

You obviously don't know how some of these ghetto girls can get. I agree that, just going by what I SEE that he didn't need to keep hitting them, but before that point, he was defending himself. Probably the same way he had too for 10 years in prison.

For some reason they're charging this man with a felony. Probably due to some retarded loop hole in our legal system. Too bad there aren't more people like this hero in our society. We might have a more civil discourse if we could clone a million of this guy.

 A guy beats people with a metal stick which is a felony, and for some reason they charge him with a felony. Wonder why that is?

And yes let's clone a million of a guy who went to jail for manslaughter. That sounds like a great idea.

What were the girls doing while he was cracking them over the head? I'm not sure but I would imagine they were ripping up floor tiles trying to get the hell away from the metal rod whacking the sh!t out of them.

This guy went animal on them, he went into an uncontrollable rage. He is clearly a dangerous short tempered ex con that cannot control his actions when angered. I agree that the girls were wrong completely in every way and he had the right to defend himself but he went for the kill. My answer would be yes.

Exactly. Self defense ends once they hit the ground. He went way overboard.

I'm not defending what he did when they hit the ground, but as human beings, can you really expect someone to "turn it off" after it's been "turned on" and you're in defend mode?

Speaking from experience, yes. Once they're down the fight is over and you get the hell out of Dodge.

Although I guess I've never been one to hit someone when they're on the floor........or women for that matter.

Having said that I still think a good lawyer gets him off this charge based on that line of thinking: it was self defence, he feared for his life so armed himself and kept them on the floor to protect himself.

I come bearing good news:

http://www.dailyrecord.com/article/B3/20111202/NJNEWS18/312020096/Charges-dropped-for-cook-in-NYC-McDonald-s-fight?odyssey=mod|newswell|text|FRONTPAGE|s

A grand jury dismissed all charges Friday against a McDonald’s worker accused of beating two irate customers with a metal rod in a fight caught on videotape.

McIntosh wasn’t in court to hear the case against him had been dropped; he’d been taken back to jail before the late-afternoon court session. But some of his relatives, sitting in the audience, exclaimed, “Thank you, Jesus!” and “Hallelujah!”
