Outside runs have been where we are getting killed. And 90% of the time there is no interior lineman downfield paving the way on the outside runs. If our interior sucked as bad as you guys think then teams would have much more success running it up the gut.

Anderson is a great LB to have when he's playing alongside a couple studs. On his own, he's okay, but not a star. He's not the kind of guy that would start on every team like Beason or TD.

Our starting DT's have a combined 7 solo tackles on the year. 14 if you include assists.

That's pathetic.

The LB's tackling performance is also equally pathetic.

Do you have a DVR? Please tell me when this happened? I can tell you numerous times when linebackers and safeties and defensive ends totally missed tackles or failed to bring down the rb and had nothing to do with interior lineman gobbling them up.

I don't have a DVR but I do watch the games with my eyes open. I saw turner run it up the gut for 5+ yards multiple times. Also when an Oline can double both of your D ends it is going to be pretty easy to run to the outside. Which makes our DTs look even worse since they can't stop the runs up the middle. I have also stated we need help at LB. They are not very good, besides Anderson, and he can't do everything himself.

And in the LB corps, Beason, Anderson, and 1st Round Draft Pick Zach Brown from UNC, kid has Raider's speed. Keeps our strength a strength as well and has a leader in Beason to learn how to be a pro from. We'll deal with DT in the 2nd round.

poo, runs are going all over the fuging place. Our defense is just plain shitty right now. I wouldnt think they are not trying hard enough its just a talent thing. But the defense wasnt alone in this one either. Cam helped with this loss. Its just making me sick... Fua is undoubtedly the worst rookie DT out there. Mcclain at the very least has shown flashes.
