It IS coaching. Coaching is about knowing who you have & working a game plan around that. You cover your weaknesses with stronger areas or scheme if u have no strengths. That is coaching 101.

The offense is doing very well & is not much of a problem, but does have problems with the run game. You have to be at least semi-committed to the run to be consistent. Our offense has no excuses: solid OL, 2 top RBs, 2 very good TEs, 1 probowl WR (then some lesser talent) & a rookie QB who is not making very many rookie mistakes.

Defense has many issues, but....we've only had 3 winning seasons for the past 11-12 years (since 2000), excuses are excuses & results are results.

That is exactly what's happening. It's just not going to happen over night.
