I think it's too early. If he's still making bad decisions by next year, we have a problem.

I think Rivera needs to take over defensive play calling though. He can obviously do that.

Chud needs work too. I'm tired of 3rd and short bombs. He does well on a lot of calls but then does completely stupid ones.

I disagree. Of course the pics didn't help, but Atlanta had too many 3rd down conversions. Ryan looked cool as a cucumber out there. Imagine if we still had peppers...

Harbaugh is a great coach but I think rivera will prove to be as well. We aren't gonna win much with this defense, period. If you don't think rivera knows that and knows what to do about it, you're a moron. You can't fix it overnight by plugging in other teams' castoffs. In my opinion the offense is good to go. Need depth all over the field but I like our offense and the players we have. Need to learn how to close. Defense will be this off-season's project. But we will lose by a 3 to 1 ratio as long as we can stop no one.
