This team is not improved from last year's squad. The offense is much improved, the defense is much worse. As a team, collectively, we are no better.

Sure, we lost all these games by a score or less. But lets put that in perspective. 2 of those close losses were to very good teams...however...2 of them were to average teams, and 1 was to a below average team.

Injuries happen...Green Bay dealt with it last season, so we need to stop using that as a valid excuse. Bottom line...we are a bottom tier team this season.

What sucks is that if we had last year's defense with this years offense, we would at most only have 1 loss. I said during the offseason our offense would improve but our defense would struggle. I hate that I was right.

Did you not watch the Arizona game? How about the Packers? Beason and Davis did not make a huge difference in those games. That Arizona games was our 1 loss to a below average team...Go figure.
