Yes, people, comparisons to other WVU players are VERY fair. Some teams recruit players other teams will not touch. Then there is the culture of the team, school, and community. The coaching style, manner in which they monitor players, etc.

Big difference between when Pac Man was at WVU and Hogan was. First Pac Man was recruited and played under Rich Rod he had no standards and took any and all players. Hogan while Recruited by Rich Rod played under Stewart who held player more accountable. Hogan isnt PacMan.
