I dunno. This "rumor" was around in 2005 when Thomas Davis was drafted and whenever we played the Falcons he was a full time spy (and shut Vick down). Nobody is solely drafted for 2 games a year but there seems to be truth in the statement.

But I can't find where Hurney ever commented on it.

I remember that one game where Vick ran it from 8 yards out to score the touchdown to win the game. Always hated them.
