Carolina has been playing better than Atlanta. Not saying we win but we have looked to be the better team through 5 weeks of play.

Why not....If u guys don't stop with the doubting...Week in and out, the doubting has stop this team from winning. Need to stop doubting and start believing that this team has a chance to take every team they play on Sundays. How much more proving do u guys need that this team simply needs to gell and grow. If u guys have to want it more than the other teams.

The doubting from fans has had nothing to do with the team not winning. The players and coaching staff obviously don't share our mentality, as you don't hear "It is what it is" anymore and you hear players getting testy when it's suggested that we have improved but continue to lose.

I don't think anything I believe or think or say has anything to do at all with how the Panthers play much less whether they win or lose. Of course I'm not very superstitious either. Athough I do agree that the team needs to gel and grow.

It's more of a doubt because the Falcons haven't lost back to back home games with Matt Ryan at QB. That team is also fire up, their season is virtually on the line if they lose on Sunday. Add in the fact that everyone is picking us and our rookie QB over a team with a ton of skilled veterans, it's just adding more fuel to the fire and going to make the Failcons even more fired up.

I'd much rather be the clear underdog, as we've been every game this season and come out and hit 'em right in the mouth. I don't care about wins this year, I care about our guys playing well, playing hard and showing the league that these aren't the same ol' Carolina Panthers. We're out for blood and can and will go straight for the jugular.

true and people are really giving turner too much credit this year. their run game is horrible. as bad as our run D has been, their run game has been worse.

Game is going to come down to whether the Panthers D can stop Turner. If Forte can run up 200+ yards, I don't want to see what Turner can do. He's a battering ram.

I'm picking the Falcons. It's in their house and they will run the ball a lot. Panthers can't stop it. Close game again but Panthers lose again.

I couldn't disagree more, Forte is a by far a better back at this stage of his career than Turner. Turner is good between the tackles but he lacks the burst that Forte has on the outside runs that he was destroying us on. Forte just put up over 100 yards against a solid Lions run D.

My real concern has less to do with x's and o's and more to do with the fact that Ryan is 21-3 at home.

I really wish they had beaten GB last week so they weren't facing 2 straight losses at home for the first time in Ryan's career.
