Take control. The [crazy] writing is on the wall. Down the road don't want to have to explain being let go. Get out of there and then evaluate your long term options. Please do not let them fire you.

Absolutely p, do not let them can you, because that simply adds another set of issues for any future employment opportunities as you're having to explain things...

Walk now. Offer your resignation along with a notice, if they keep you and want to pay you for another couple weeks, so be it. Odds are they'll let you go as soon as your resignation is on the table.

Besides, won't it feel better to walk on your terms?

of if anybody knows me on facebook, PLEASE, keep this hush hush. some co workers are friends with me out there and i don't want to squander this delicious poetic justice moment.
