He will be back Healthy next season, along with Beason. Put him in there with 2nd year Fua and McClain and the rotation looks good. It will look even better with a 1st round DT.

I see a ton of people talking about how bad our defense sucks and if the injury bug did not hit us this season, they would have been damn good. I mean with the way Cam is playing, playoffs would have been a guarantee.

Just wanted to remind people Ron Edwards is still on the team.

I don't think we go DT in the 1st round. There doesn't look to be any player worth a high-mid 1st rounder at DT, so unless we trade down I think we go CB or WR.

Edwards is over the hill and never all that good to begin with. Even if he was healthy we'd still be starting one rookie DT and rotating in another rookie. Always nice to have the injury excuse I guess....

Not sure there's a LB worth the pick either. At least where I'm estimating we'll be picking, which is somewhere between 8th-12th. I like Zach Brown out of UNC a lot, but he's more of a late 1st guy and would be a reach in the 8-12 range.

Sorry miss worded that. I don't even know what players will be in the draft so value is impossible to determine right now. I should have said our draft needs should be in this order.

Also you are saying Ron is over the hill. How do you know? The man never played a snap for us. He had a pretty solid season last year for being a NT in a 3-4.
