straight balsamic vinegar. and i'm not talking that sweet vinaigrette stuff. just balsamic vinegar with a little salt. that's the way to go. not a fan of the heavy cream dressings.

really not a fan of molded (blue for the suckers that actually ingest that crap) cheese dressing, tho. i just don't know how you guys don't get sick from that.

i like the spicy ranches some restaurants have. chipotle, jalapeno, etc.

they have chipotle ranch at this place I used to work at here (cantina 1511)....it is the poo.

this other place I worked at had like a dill ranch....Im a huge dill fan, so I loved that stuff

some places have Parmesan ranch. its good too. i've also seen bacon ranch at the grocery store. i haven't tried it though cuz its 2-3 times more fattening than the regular.
