Every week we see some stupid defensive player try to lay the "big" hit on Smitty.

They look at his size, and envision laying out a player who they feel has no right being elite in comparison to them and their perceived greatness. They underestimate how strong he is, take their big hit, ricochet off, and Smitty burns them for extra yardage.

It happens every. Single. Week.

Roman Harper's ego couldn't believe Smith had just made an awesome play like that against an overrated New Orlean's D that thinks it's better than it really is. He took his cheap shot, and then tried to justify himself in the post game conference after the entire team surrounded him, and Smitty single-handedly destroyed Malcolm Jenkins when he came looking for some.
