Cam and Auburn cleared

I don't care where you're from or what your intent was. The "implied" interpretation of that gif (not literal, you might want to look that word up), has a racist overtone.

Either you're ignorant for not seeing the subtle racism in that gif, or your ignorant for being a racist to think it's funny. Take your pick.

number 1 - fug you for calling me a racist

number 2 - explain to me how it's racist. please disect the gif for me. it compares him to a guy that was found innocent of a crime that most people thought he was guilty of committing. i'm not seeing the racism. the faces/reactions are humorous. there are three other panthers fans in the office with me, and one person that went to auburn. they all laughed their asses off and none of them think its racist. congratulations on trying to be the great defender of cam's integrity.

number 3 - fug you again for calling me racist

Wow.

That's pathetic.

And, scanning the internet about this issue, the "haters" favorite new comparison.

You throwin' in with them, eh?

Why do you think I am hater? I love Cam, I am just trying to be a realist about the situation.

And all of LSUFreek stuff is meant to be a joke. I guess we should have used Casey Anthony instead of OJ.

You have clearly misunderstood the intent of my post and perhaps it's because my name had beaux in it, as if from Louisiana. I'm not, but yes, I find the gif funny because I don't have stick up my ass and take everything literally. Have a nice day.

Yeah, it's good to see that u're okay with our media not being above using malicious and false stories to help feed bitter school rivalries. This Cam Newton saga has got to be the worst display of vengeful school rivalry I've ever seen.

The fact that so many Auburn haters both in and out of the media were/are so quick to want to believe Cam and his father were guilty based on nothing but spunned hearsay stories speaks volumes as to how vicious these school rivalries have gotten.

I wonder if all of the media's "no named sources" who were contributing to the scandal, panned out yet?

#1. I didn't call you a racist. I gave you a choice of A. being ignorant to what the gif implies, or B. being an ignorant racist. Your response indicates "A."

#2. footballisasport explained it already.

Did Cam or his father murder someone??? Why the comparison to folks who were being accused of murder in the first place?

The only folks who are accusing Cecil of doing anything wrong are those who wanted so badly to believe Auburn paid for Cam cause it would have appease their bruised egos.

I guess that $180,000 that Cecil was allegedly going around asking schools for and got from Auburn must be what he is now using to keep all those other schools from talking....SMDH..

Being gullible should be outlawed.

Some of u folks really have become so media dumbdown that u can't tell the difference between reality and fantasy.

here's what he said.

The only thing Cam has in common with O.J outside of them both being in the NFL is the color of his skin...And I will leave it at that cause it seems the Innocent Until Proven Guilty Right only applies to certain Americans, not all.

so the gif is racist because you both think that innocent until proven guilty only applied to "certain americans"?

i disagree with you regarding what the gif implies. i believe that it implies that cam was found innocent of something that the general public believed he commited. you have chosen to find racism in it. in my opinion is hard not to laugh at mullen's reaction and chizik jumping up and down.

regardless i'm done arguing because you don't know me and this is pointless.

Wasn't that exactly what "some" people said about OJ? That gif implies the same attitude towards Cam about a much less severe charge.

You can say "that isn't racist" all you want. But that's just an innuendo you're choosing to ignore.

Because you directly made the comparison to the OJ case. A case where the accused (who was found not guilty) had TONS of evidence against him and was let off by what many now understand as the tactic of "jury nullification".

Now, please, point out to me the TONS of evidence against Cam Newton in the Newton NCAA case. They interviewed 80 people and examined bank records, tax records, investment records, church records, EVERYTHING. And then gave this ruling. Where is the TON of evidence?

See what I'm saying? You're comparison is pathetic. Its a comparison the haters grabbed onto for dear life as soon as the NCAA ruling came down. You're not a hater? Good. I didn't think you were. But you grasped on to the same weak, inaccurate comparison that the haters have. Understand?
