Need help music video fans

There's a latin singer how did a music video in spanish 3-4 years ago. His Girlfriend in the video sang in english and it was styled after Bruce Willis' 6th Sense. (He was dead, but didn't know it.)

I distincly remember the video, but not sho sang it. It started out that he wrecked his SUV and the fire dept and paramedics were coming. It was a love song.

Anyone know who the the singer was?????

I type in "Latin Music Video" in youtube and I get mostly amercian singers dubbed into latin or Shikira. I know it was on youtube, because it was on youtube before they deleted my account!
