So there this blue pick-up truck driving around Charlotte residential streets between 4am-6am during trash days. Some white guy driving it. He digs through trash bins left by the road looking for sensitive info (SSN, birth date, and etc) so he can steal your identity I guess... It is legal to do that. Ironically, his car tag is "DOC-SNIFF"
