Anybody seen it yet? Man he looks like he doesn't want to be at that press conference right now. Pissed as hell and i don't blame him. Just hope that anger doesnt get the best of him on his ability to be a QB.

I bet he feels like Lebron did when he was in Cleveland.

Dear dumbass estrogen filled overreacting drama queens,

Out of all the franchise QBs drafted to sh*tty teams, how many of them have left the team they were drafted by over the last 10 years...

Thanks.

It's a marriage, he won't be going anywhere. He doesn't have a problem with the city or the organization, he has a problem in not winning because our defense sucks due to injuries... We'll get the wins eventually, and he'll be happy.

Cam Newton has the right to be upset.

However, I will play a bit of devil's advocate here. For all the great numbers Cam puts up for most the game, he is falling short on late drives in the 4th and some of that has to fall on him. I'm still waiting for "the moment", that drive where he charges the team down the field for the winning points. That hasn't happened yet and that worries me from a confidence perspective. For now, I have to chalk it up to inexperience and to be honest, Cam has surpassed my wildest expectations but these close losses cannot continue.

On a side note, does this team remind you of how the Chargers traditionally start off their season with close losses early in the season? Considering who our head coach is, I wonder if that's a stigma we're going to be stuck with.

I'm so amazed how Cam gets blamed for a team who suck as badly as the Panthers. Do u really feel if Cam had went to a team in the middle of the pack during the draft he would be forced to keep driving up the numbers week in and out?

Uh, you watched the Jacksonville game, right?

..... and mad about the 3 and 2 where it was a streak for 89...get the first down and run clock!

Yeah..... I didnt get that one either. I would have rolled Cam out, with a TE or two short, etc and either Cam throws or runs for the first down. I guess they were just going for the kill. You gotta like that I guess. Still at the end of it, the defense still could have stopped them.

I think Cam does and has taken resposibility for his mistakes. I also don't think he is wanting to go anywhere and we have 4 years to turn this around. I think the defense did better then most think. New Orleans is a top notch football team and scores gobs of points. The D can't be accountable for the first TD. Our O was given the opportunity to win and eventually they will. Cam is still a rookie in this league and rookie qb's don't do what he does each Sunday, but they do make some of the mistakes he does.

The game will evetually slow down even more for Cam, his confidence will soar and soon he will be winning games on the last drive. John Elway one of the best comeback QB's to play was not even close to doing what Cam has been doing his first year in just 5 games. Many of the greats had a lot of INT's and looked clumsy and uncomfortable at times. Cam showed humility in that interview period, and showed us fans he hates losing. I have no doubt this will not beat him down, but make him better. We are fortunate to have a talent like this. We as fans need patience with him and the staff. I believe we will be seeing a lot of playoffs. By the way 1-4 only says to me we have 11 games to win. This team is so close and I am stoked by the progress over last year.
