The funny part about these losses

8-8 is still a possibility. We have Atlanta coming up, and depending on how tonight goes, I'd say we have a legit chance to win. Much like we performed against the Saints, we had a lead at one point and were competitive.

After that there is Washington and Minnesota, so 4-4 or 3-5 is very possible for the next 3 games.

After that there is Tennesee, who got blown up by Pitt this week, Indianapolis and Tampa Bay. Also, possible to be 6-5, 5-6, hell, even 7-4.

After that it is pretty rough schedule. But hope is not gone yet.

theres really nothing wrong with the defense in my eyes. You're not going to stop people all the time. Especially the Drew Brees' of the world. The problem is clearly Special Teams

We are young, entertaining, competitive, improving, and unfortunately losing. IMHO, the sooner we cut out the mistakes, the sooner we start to win. We are not yet good enough to overcome mistakes. Either get better, player wise, or cut down the mistakes.

On the very bright side, we are going to be a very attractive landing spot next year. I have a feeling guys will be willing to work out a way to play with Cameron.

THe logical part of me rationalizes the losses with the idea we are competitive and a tough out which is exactly what most of us wanted this year.

Emotionally though each loss is very frustrating particularly when we had chances to win them.

Maybe by Wednesday the logical part of me will take over. RIght now I am just frustrated.
