Clearly there was a TO called, we were struggling to get everyone on/off the field. Someone panicked and called TO.

They should lose their job before the 2nd half.

the penalty was assessed, its already been explained to you. and the timeout was to avoid a penalty evidently.

Even if you have 12 on the field, take the chance the ref doesn't call it... but you should never call a timeout that benefits the other team... are you kidding me?

I was at the game between the Panthers and Saints after Katrina....trust me they coddle teams "because they need a win for the fans"...that was probably the worst called game I have ever seen...
