Carolina Picking Up Fans Across the Country

We picked up 1 fan in California? Nice. Keep us updated.

Whoa, ease up there, High Speed.

There are quite a few die hard, since day 1 fans in Cali. of which I am one.

I hope the Cam thing will get more to our cause. I'm tired of trying to build our fan base by breeding.

While I welcome new fans, it will be so much more gratifying when we are on top for those of us that have been around.

Those of us that remember when the franchise started, whether we were kids like myself or already adults.

Those of us that agonized through 1-15.

Those of that rode the roller coaster playoff run to the Super Bowl, only to be left with a sick feeling and image of Janet Jackson's ***.

Those of us that sat through "it is what it is" and "bad day to have a bad day" when Jake imploded.

And those of us that were forced to cringe every time we realized Jimmy was dropping back to pass, but refused to turn the TV off and suffered through every game.

Good times are ahead. New fans come aboard, gonna be a good time.

personally i welcome the new fans. im so sick of being treated like i follow a team whose only purpose is to get burned in trades and letting talent leave for free (i know it doesnt happen really, but most other fans view us that way). i want to be considered a "reaL" nfl team like the cowboys and steelers. i want us to be talked about, i want us to be seen.

cant wait for this dynasty to take off.

I'm not a fan of bandwagoners, but hopefully this popularity will lead to some primetime games next season. I'm fuging sick of being forced to watch the Cowboys, Saints, Patriots, Eagles every fuging week, and if I have to sit through another Colts game this year, I might lose it.

You might not even have to wait until next season for the Panthers to get a primetime game. I believe still does flexible scheduling if I'm not mistaken, which means if a team like the Colts are scheduled for a primetime game and they are sucking where as a team coming on hot at the end of the year like the Panthers could we could get switched to a primetime game I believe it happened in '08 when we faced the Bucs

What's the point of primetime games other than to gain more bandwagon fans?

Here's an idea. If you don't like watching those teams, then don't watch.
