headphones are the most cost effective piece of stereo equipment you can buy. for 100-150 you can buy headphones that sound like a $2-3k speaker system. definitely worth it to buy good ones. that said... beats are way overpriced. anything made by monster cable is overpriced.

sennheisser is ok and bose is ok. I work in audio, i use headphones every day.

I use beyers.

I'm not too hard on them, I just f*cking hate the wires. Constantly getting caught on stuff in the gym... it annoys the everloving crap out of me.

I tried some wireless bluetooth ones, and they lasted about two weeks and stopped working, so I sent them back. I think it was the sweat from working out.

I just found these...

Jaybird JF3MB Freedom Stereo Bluetooth Earbuds

Anybody tried them? They have good reviews, but are $99. That's a lot of dough for something I only use an hour or so a day.

I can't keep headphones, yet I refuse to pay more than $15 for them. Ironically, I've probably gone through so many of them that I could probably have bought a good pair by now with the money I've wasted.

this, fugin skull candy ear buds are pieces of poo yet I keep buying them
