i said all along last year that luck was my first choice and newton was easily my second regardless of where we picked. i thought that luck would be ahead of newton, but over all not by much.

i'm glad luck stayed in because i think that newton will end up being more dynamic, though both players will be at the top of their game. i just hope luck goes to the AFC. i would love to see those two face each other in the superbowl.

newton was the right pick. no way would i go back and change that. no way do i wish we had been able to draft luck instead. we got the right one.

Given what I have seen of Cam's mental toughness and drive to win, that puts him on top in my opinion. I think he as the fire to take us all the way. Plus, Luck pussing out when he thought he was going to come to Carolina soured me on him, too.

Luck could indeed turn out to be the better pro quarterback - the next Peyton Manning even - and I won't care.

If our quarterback issues weren't settled, then I'd care. But they are, so I don't.

To put it another way, you don't complain about your team not having Peyton Manning if you have Aaron Rodgers.

At this point, my only thought regarding Luck is that if he is as good as advertised, I'd much rather he wind up in the AFC.
