Man i'll be praying for that guy. Missed the twist, but to see the player's faces like that immediately after it happened, you know it's ugly. Good news is, is that it's an ankle. So, while I'm no medical expert, I can't think of any career threatening ankle injuries.

I think its a full break near ankle, lower leg and foot were in wrong direction. Had to be compound fracture
