The Refs handed the Giants the game against the Cards

They said Cruz gave himself up, so the play was over. Yet I remember this very exciting play back in the 03-04 playoffs........

According to the bogus rule the NFL made up to save face, that play by Marvin Harrison should have never happened.

I think, after seeing it, that the Giant's players intent was to give himself up... he did stumble, but then laid down. Now, is that a rule, that a player can "give himself up", I have no idea.

If he hadn't intended to "give himself up" I don't think he would have laid the ball down.

Listen to Pereira and he's right... once the refs ruled the play dead, it doesn't really matter what happened... the ref made the error by ending the play, not on the review.

I've seen some guys this year get up after not being touched. Even if it is a rule, it should be enforced both ways. I bet not see a highlight of a guy running in for a touchdown because he was not touched down, because if that happens, the NFL will have to be fined.:D

By the way, I'm glad we didn't take Patrick Peterson with our first pick. He was supposed to be one of the guys that could come in right away and have an immediate impact, yet Hakeem got him to fall for the okey-doke.

yea its looking more and more that his future maybe at safely but he is still a rookie
