The Honeymoon is Over

You freakin' jokers are nothing but a bunch of whiners. The Panthers are an extremely young team that is playing in a new system with a rookie QB. It is going to take them time to completely learn the system and, more importantly, learn to win close games in the fourth quarter.

Many of you have compared this team to Tampa in Freeman's rookie year. Well, they had to learn to win close games too, and look at what they did last year. Give it a freakin' break. You don't HAVE to complain about something every week.

i agree 100%

Just a friendly reminder:

We are the fans. Not the team. Nothing we think or say on the forums affects how the team plays on the field. I can't even count how many posts I've seen saying "we shouldn't feel encouraged about close losses because the players don't", or that they "hope the players don't have the same mentality as we do when we start positive threads after losses"

We aren't playing for our jobs here, we can afford to think about the future and they cant. Obviously the players can't feel good about a loss because there's something they personally need to improve in order to win. All we have to do is watch the games.

Speak for yourself. I sent them positive mental vibes during the Jacksonville game, and it worked. Unfortunately, Chicago is out of my range. :)
