Seriously though, you play to win the game. You play to make the Playoffs. We're not good enough to do so, but you go out there trying. Mr. Scot and Zod both want us to just sit back and watch the growth this season. Me thinks they think this is college ball.

We will get eight wins this season though. More than I thought before the season started, that's for sure.

I think what makes things so bad is that I care again. Last season I never really felt like we should win any of the games, and it became kinda silly watching Jimmy mess around.

This season it feels like the refs are cheating against us, and that makes losing a lot worse. Of course the refs don't have a conspiracy against us, but it feels that way. I'm looking closely in slow motion at critical game deciding calls, and I can't see where the penalty occured against us. The Connor holding call, the Naanee offensive PI call, the Gross holding call, the Shockey offensive PI call, the bs bogus calls are adding up on us. It's bad enough that the injury bug has destroyed our defense, but can't we at least have good refs? We must have rookie refs calling our games.

All we were missing last year was a QB.

We resigned everyone and added a record breaking QB. And a bad-ass OC. And a HC that is supposed to be tough. And the best two TEs in the league.
