They draft Sanchez, another USC "project" for Denver coach to groom.

NY Jets get Cutler whom they desperately need. Offense now fixed to go along with revamped D.

Panthers get Jets 1st and 3rd.

I hear this all the time here, (and I'm not coming after you Beaux, just responding in general). What is it that makes you guys think we are not already "grooming" our future QB? A lot of you say in your posts on the subject, "whether it be Moore, McCown or someone different", but Moore and McCown are here now? What is it that makes you think the Panthers are not already grooming them? That just makes no sense to me...

My honest thoughts, not slamming anyone else who believes these two are promising...

If Moore and McCown are the best the Panthers can do for their QB of the future, and that's who they are 'grooming', that is just sad.

McCown never held, and could never hold, a starting position anywhere he has been and Moore was practice squad fodder behind Romo, and who was it Brad Johnson, and I forget who was there before Johnson. He may still very well be at best 3rd string. Being better than Testaverde and Carr, will that does not say much either.
