Cam's Response to Olsen

IDK you ask a guy to work his ass off, Play hard, be a team leader, and put the game on his shoulders, yet you dont expect him to be pissed off when he loses. Yea it was not a nice thing to say but when your a competitor it happens. You cool down and go to the man an say your sorry. Thats just what leaders do.

I mean com'on Smith has does this many time and if you went up to him after a loss like this he would have said fug off too.

What I am getting at is you think Olsen is laying out for that pass that Cam puts a little to much into? Or is willing to take that extra step to chip that guy who is coming from Cam's blind side? or taking that hit over the middle to get Cam's next pass? If I said good game Bro and he said F Off? You lost me as a teammate and I can't get out of here fast enough.

Glad you weren't in the military.

That I understand what sports journalism is about....

No, that you are so far deep inside the sphincter of the laughable career called "sports journalist" that you place far too much importance on it than it ever deserves.

Good luck on your future career as a worthless, weasel-y hack.

You don't think that the coaches would see that kind of poo on film?

And do something about it?

And that word would get out that said player is willing to get one of his own teammates hurt on the field?

You think Olsen would want that? Or do you think he'll play hard because getting a GOOD renewed contract when his current one is up is better for him and his family? You think ANY team would want that kind of player running routes and/or protecting their QB?

YOU may do that, but YOU'RE career in the NFL wouldn't last too long either.

You really do live in Lollipop Land, don't you?

Oh, we do, do we?

This is exactly what I am talking about. Your "without ME, what would you do?" attitude.

Trust me, young'un... back in the day, we watched games on Sunday and looked at the box scores on Monday. We didn't need resident geniuses like YOU telling us what happened or why it happened.

But you keep on telling yourself that we do if it makes you feel all squishy.

Guess what, it's not the old days anymore....people demand information now. In the sports world, it's the journalist that delivers that information demanded. You keep thinking that it's the stone age where people don't want to know what's going on all the time with their teams though. It's not an elitist mentality, it's just the way the public is now. If people didn't demand the information then journalists wouldn't be around....but they do...you really have no clue how media works do you? The only reason the media is as big as it is, is because of the public's demand for it....newspapers may be a thing of the past for the most part, but that doesn't mean the journalist is going anywhere...

It's the ADD generation where people find it painful to think for themselves. Yes, you got that right.

And weasel "journalists" that work today are perfect for feeding that ADD generation that pablum it needs to stay satisfied.

So congrats to you for supporting those poor souls that never have a desire to utilize their own brain cells. You must surely be proud.

Now you are not living in reality. This happens all the time in team sports. Look at the Red Sox. Francona lost the locker room they quit playing for him who got the blame the coach. They did not send all the players packing. Players quit playing all the time and there are plenty of teams that will keep paying them. I ain't saying Olsen would do that all I am saying is that is the risk you run by not showing respect for your teammates.

    • I'm still not touching Hunter He again said the other day that he plans on playing both sides of the ball in the NFL.  If he is allowed to do that, he won't be as good on either side as his potential and he's going to have serious injury issues and have a short career.  If he's not allowed to do it, I think he's going to become a problem when the team isn't winning as he's going to feel him not being used on both sides of the ball is why. He's being coddled in that environment with Deion and I think it's doing a disservice to him to prepare him for life in the NFL where your coach isn't a 2nd father to you, to where you can just walk into his locker room and steal his shoes like Hunter does to Deion.
    • He’s a tad behind them. Around 15ish of 32 starters in the league. He’s well ahead of a lot of guys. Tua, Bryce, Cousins (present), Rodgers (current), Devito/Jones, Minshew, Russ (current), Watson, Smith, Carr, T Laws deep ball is weak as poo IMO, there’s plenty. And it’s not like everyone is ripping 60+ers. The key component is if you can rip and maintain velocity of the 30-40 yarders which he does super well. Legit every report out there from Brugler to PFF to PFN document him as good/above average arm strength.  Eye test tells me it’s pretty much that as well, slightly above average.
    • 6-10 carries for  35-45 yds and 3-5 catches for 15-25 would be great.
