Cam's Response to Olsen

I didn't say that they didn't' date=' what makes it retarded is that's a completely different scenario. A CEO is writing the checks and if a mistake is made it's his money that's going in the pooter....[/quote']

I think you have CEO confused with the owner of a private company.

you mean the pass that hit Naanee in both hands?

Maybe Olsen should of showed up during the first 3 quarters of the game and done something besides getting penalities.

Cam is setting the tone. Time for the rest to get on the page. It is about winning.....nothing more. Sounds like Cam just got upset Olsen felt the need to spin the loss and find a positive. Newton doesn't want this team to find moral victories in a loss.

I was sitting in the stadium Cam forced that pass. But that doesn't matter right now. If Cam would treat a teammate who was offering up support with a F off then Cam can go F himself as far as I am concerned. That is not acceptable. Leaders do not do that. A leader would say that was a good game but not good enough we have work to do. If Cam is to be the face of our franchise how is he gonna do camps and talk to kids groups saying be good sports but if it don't work out for you just tell them to F off.

Eh a CEO is essentially running a company. They are the ones dealing with the everyday operations of the companies locations and are responsible for the success or lack there of the company. They are the face of the company and get all the praise or all the blame. Therefore, if the company isn't producing it reflects poorly on them and it's essentially taking money out of their pockets through stocks, options or hey they may get canned. So no they aren't technically writing the checks but in a way it's there money going down the drain...yes there is a board of directors, but they're never held responsible....sorry my comment was a little full of grey area but the point remains. Completely different scenarios....

If I said good game to you and you told me to F off I would have said just what I posted---I never spoke this way to anyone and never allowed it to be said in a locker room that I was a coach in. It is what is wrong with our country today that so many people are saying he was justified in saying this or say that language is acceptable. That language is never acceptable. I noticed you said you got in fist fights with your team mates in pick up games. Then no coaches were there to supervise. If a coach allows that kind of stuff that coach ain't worth a doo doo.

I do not believe Cam said that but if he did then Olsen should of said exactly what I posted earlier. You disrespect me as a team mate and you lost me period. I don't care who you are.

Some of my coaches are coaching at the highest possible levels including the NBA. If they are doo doo then they are great con men. They also used language that would make your apparently sensitive ears bleed. They also did nothing to discourage the competitive spirit of our team. We fought and talked poo constantly in practice.

If you were to read my posts (and I know this thread is super long) I said Cam was wrong and it was unacceptable.

But it happens.

And if you are delusional to think that if I am dejected after a game and you came up and say "good game" and I say "Fug you man I don't want to hear that right now" and you decided that as a good teammate (or coach) that you would respond "Well you are the one that threw into double coverage and that is what cost us the game" you really would have a problem on your hands. That isn't being a good teammate. That would be 1,000x worse than Cam saying what he said IMO.

If you read what you said it was basically "If a teammate said 'Fug you' to me after a tough loss I would blame him for the loss because I am an awesome teammate"

That is laughable.

They do much wrost by treating them like dogs working them to death because they don't want to hire new people to make up for the slack at least normal people get F U's

sticks and stones.....

They will if you allow it. If you work at a place where the boss treats you that way then that is a you problem. Like I said I carry myself in a way where I treat people with respect and I demand you treat me with respect. It has worked well for me. Do not use the F word and let it be known and people will respect you for it.

To save you the trouble of searching around for my post earlier; when I told my teammate "fug you" it wasn't bc I was mad at him it was because I felt like I let the team down and I didn't want to hear any of that bullpoo at that moment. I just wanted to be left alone.

Last I checked the NBA has a world off problems bc of the culture they promote.

What I am saying is 4 letters words are not acceptable to use and those that use them are weak willed small minded individuals. If you can't get your point across without using those words then there isn't much to your character and character counts.:cam:

The reporter should have shown more professionalims and kept what Cam said inside of the locker-room like Jperson did. Why do we hold these guys to a different standard than we do these athlete? Because they bring us ish for us to spin and give our endless opinions on for hours.

If we can get on the case of athletes when they tweet too much then why don't we do the same to reporters? What Cam said should have been kept in the locker-room where it belong. Reporters are always in the locker-rooms of these athletes and u don't read every ish these they say.

Jeebus H. Keerist, you don't think these kinds of things were said and done back in "the good ol' days"?

You think Ray Nietschke would have been a cute, cuddly panda bear after a loss?

How about Dick Butkus?

Or Jim Brown?

Or Johnny U?

So maybe you shouldn't be posting on this site. Saying fug instead of the real word doesn't change the meaning behind word of the "weak minded people" who are using it.

Maybe Cam should throw it to Olsen instead of Naanee since Olsen is money and Legs is garbage. Just a thought.

poo Olsen should retort with a look fool you are throwing it 11 times to the worst player on offense, step ya game up.

I love how Lord Vader gives pie to this post immediately after his sermon about how locker rooms should be clinical, kind, forgiving, and christian-like!
