Cam's Response to Olsen

If he did then I lost a little respect for CAM. Leaders don't do that to their teammates. I have played and coached at high levels and good game is just a phrase that guys say to each other for lack of a better phrase. What Olsen should off said was good game except for that pass you forced into double coverage that was a pick 6 and ended up being the difference in the game. Other than that good game.

you mean the pass that hit Naanee in both hands?

Maybe Olsen should of showed up during the first 3 quarters of the game and done something besides getting penalities.

Cam is setting the tone. Time for the rest to get on the page. It is about winning.....nothing more. Sounds like Cam just got upset Olsen felt the need to spin the loss and find a positive. Newton doesn't want this team to find moral victories in a loss.

I have played and at high levels as well and I would tell you this happens often. A couple of pages back I gave an example of doing it myself.

I am not excusing Cam but that is the nature of competitive athletes. My basketball teams got into fist fights just playing pick up.

We also won because of that spirit. A lot.

As for the bold printed part. If you said that to me after a tough loss you would be on the injured reserve by the end of your sentence. It also proves that you are talking out of both sides of your ass.

"I lost respect for Cam... but he shoulda told him good game but it is your fault we lost"

If I said good game to you and you told me to F off I would have said just what I posted---I never spoke this way to anyone and never allowed it to be said in a locker room that I was a coach in. It is what is wrong with our country today that so many people are saying he was justified in saying this or say that language is acceptable. That language is never acceptable. I noticed you said you got in fist fights with your team mates in pick up games. Then no coaches were there to supervise. If a coach allows that kind of stuff that coach ain't worth a doo doo.

I do not believe Cam said that but if he did then Olsen should of said exactly what I posted earlier. You disrespect me as a team mate and you lost me period. I don't care who you are.

.

Maybe Cam should throw it to Olsen instead of Naanee since Olsen is money and Legs is garbage. Just a thought.

poo Olsen should retort with a look fool you are throwing it 11 times to the worst player on offense, step ya game up.

they don't tell them to F off.

LOL You should have been on a conference call with me last week at 2 in the morning when a system went down.

I assure you, they do.

They know the F word better than anyone and they apply it liberally.

Again, I don't condone this, I'm just saying its done, even at blue chip corp companies.

My guess is he said something like:

olsen: good game cam

cam:fug that shizzle man

My thoughts too. If he said "Man f*ck that sh*t!" that would be way better than "F*ck you" to me. The first statement shows, that while not showing respect for Olsens gesture he doesn't care about stats, he wants to win and is passionate. The second is like...woah what a douche you said f*ck you to someone who wanted to lift you up.

Believe me CEOs do scream at their colleagues and those that work for them.

Not saying great, but, they do.

If you don't think they do, you haven't been around very many.

They are worse megalomaniacs than athletes, by far.

I didn't say that they didn't, what makes it retarded is that's a completely different scenario. A CEO is writing the checks and if a mistake is made it's his money that's going in the shitter....

Exact point I've been making all night. Don't expect it to be received well....

To the people that said Olsen shouldn't have said good game that's ludicrous. I could see if he said "OH MAN CAM U DA MAN, U REALLY DOING WONDERZ FOR MY FANTASY TEAM #WINNING!" , no he said "Good Game", to show that he's developing, carrying the team and shouldn't get down on himself because of things he can't control.
