Romo gets it because it's the Cowboys. Manning and the like occasionally get on ESPN for freaking out, but it's usually dismissed as "Well he's just being a leader hurpa derpa." It's happened far more often than what you see on ESPN, but I really believe each and every incident like this with Cam will be reported by ESPN, at least this year anyway.

I think it will, but a large part of that is Cam so far has wildly exceeded expectations and is now nationally recognized. He's one of the bigger names in the NFL already, and he's only going to get bigger as this team starts winning.

frankly I think most big name QBs are held to a different standard than the typical player... and in time blowups like this will be examples of Cam "being a leader" too. for now, they're going to be an example of immaturity or whatever else... ;)

That's a lie.,..I really doubt u would hear anything of it if Tom or Peyton said it. Heck if a rookie like Blaine had said it, it would have been poo-poo away as a good thing.

It's seems that Cam is held to an unrealistic standard...No human being should be treated the way he is. This kid every move is srutinize only to have folks act like they wouldn't have done the same.

Have u been to this site during a game? I'm sure some of these folks would knock someone out after a game as fired up as some of them are...

Seriously, I've heard worst on the playing field while watching "Miked-up" on NFLN.

But it's Cam...

That's like saying the Colonel got up in some soldier's face, so another soldier should also be able to get up in that soldier's face too.

Cam is not the coach. He's a player, and a rookie player at that. These guys are taking the bad of Cam with his good. There's no reason for him to snap on Olsen, unless, like I said, there's something else to it all.

That something else could be Cam having "heard" that Olsen was ripping him behind his back after him sailing passes last week or jumping on Olsen's back after the TD last week, and Cam didn't like what he heard, so he took Olsen's "good game" as Olsen trying to make up for what he knows that Cam knows, and Cam says "Fuq You" to let him know he's still not cool with it.

There has to be more to it than just being mad about a lost, because that would be completely irrational.

except that you do hear about this stuff when Tom and Peyton say it... at least for Manning you do, as I know I heard a story similar to this several years ago on ESPN for him, and you hear about both of them bitching out players occasionally.

edit: you have a weird obsession with Gabbert, lol. I'm pretty sure 75% of football fans don't even know who Blaine Gabbert is, but just about EVERYONE knows who Cam is now, so anything he does is news...

Anyone upset about this has never been around athletes. Losing sucks. Have told my best friends to fug off after a loss. Then we would go grab beers. These are ultra competetive athletes, not choir boys.

If you are upset at cam, man card... My desk.
