I'm just taking the context that was presented to me: Cam apologized to Greg via the media. I take that as meaning that was the first such apology. And if that was the case, then I would still say that he should do that face to face.

I recall Godfrey getting an interception, turning momentum over to our side. Yet the offense failed to do anything with it because of the multitude of pass plays, which the Bears defense was geared up to stop. We gave the Bears their momentum back.

543 yards speaks for itself. The offense did enough to win the game even with Naanee. We lost because the defense let Forte gain over 200 yards and because the special teams was atrocious. That plus really bad officiating.

When you score 29 points and pick up 543 yards, suggesting your rookie quarterback should go tear into the offensive coordinator for his playcalling is laughable.

I understand what you're saying. But Chud needs to fix his playcalling in the redzone so we wont have to settle for FG's when we have all of these weapons

In the 3rd, we was running effectively. 2nd and 5 and he throw twice. Both for incompletions. Its hard enough that's a problem but when we do score they take it away for a penalty

Who said he did not apologize to olsen personally aswell? How many people here saw this occur firsthand? Let's keep perspective here and not sensationalize something minor into a shitstorm like the media does.

This team was 2-14 last season and has been desimated on D this season. I am glad Cam is not happy with losing.... but sadly this team is not good enough yet. It is going to take a year or two to build the rest of this team.

Not really worried about it, don't like that he apologized through the media though.

I hate losing, so I know what it feels like to not wanna hear those "get 'em next time buddy." But, I never snapped on teammates I played with for doing it...

Then again, when you feel like you're only 1 of maybe 5 guys that's carrying your team, you're gonna have a lot shorter fuse.

You have to understand that he HAD to apologize to the media. Because if the media saw the incident or caught wind of it then they would make a big deal about it. There is no doubt in my mind the two will talk about it, if they haven't already, but it had to be made public.

If Cam flips out on Smith he'll end up with a broken eye socket and if that happens people will condemn Smith.

The problem with disrespecting teammates is that it can lead to worse things. Olsen seems to have handled it with integrity, but next time things might not go so smoothly assuming he runs his mouth to the wrong player.

Without knowing more details it's difficult to go into a deep discussion on this. We'd have to know exactly what was said on both sides to fairly assess the situation.
