You can explain why it’s the end of the world. Moton is a core player who is still a top 10 RT in the league. We can extend and lower his cap hit if we want, and if he or the team doesn’t want to do that then we are paying a lot of money to a guy who is instrumental to our offense for one more year. The cap hit is not great, but at least he will play and play very well. Our problems have been dead cap. -
Drafting yes absolutely. Last year was a lack of talent on the coaching end more than anything IMO. You don't give up the most defensive points in history without having left the cupboards bare. Winning free agency is one thing. The 2025 draft class is going to be one of the most consequential in franchise history for us. -
