Do you guys want us to win this season?

Everyone at one point is guilty of being an armchair coach its just our nature as fans we think we know whats best for our team even thoa we are wrong most of the time.

Appreciate the honest answer.

And since were being honest, if you guys were fans of other teams I'd laugh at you and let you continue on with your ignorance. Instead I try to help you guys understand how silly you actually look in hopes for future improvement.

FYI, Otah is not as injury prone as some make him out to be. He started and played 12 of 16 games his rookie year (missed 4 in row due to a knee injury). Then played in 13 in a row his next year, before tearing his knee and requiring surgery. He was slated to come back last year and for whatever reason (this is where the fat jokes come into play) was delayed and required additonal surgery that august and was hoping to miss three -four weeks. Then the season had gone soo bad that I believe Hurney said fug it lets not risk it by bringing him back in this total waste of a season.

Fast Foward to this year he comes back in great shape not to be confused with conditioning and misses most of training camp and preseason. Then hes ready to play this year and is being eased back in when he has a concussion. The concussion causes him to miss 1 game, and now hes back for this game. Yes he missed a couple of practices becuase of back spasms, but much like Stewart he's gonna suit up when it matters.

To be honest your thread would be better received without the arrogance.

He's missed 23 of 50 games.

Much quicker and with less words. :D

Thank you, I will work on that. Sorry to anyone that thinks I came across as an arrogant asshole. And to prove my humbleness I will seek out a thread about Clausen from last year where I proved first hand just how wrong one can be(me, I was the idiot just to be clear).

This is the same fan base that called for stefan lefors over delhomme

This is the same fan base that called for foster over stephen davis

This is the same fan base that called for david carr over delhomme

This is the same fan base that gave up on james anderson and charles johnson too early

This is the same fan base that thought smitty was washed up and wanted to trade him

This is the same fan base that never gived up on the panthers after 2001

Were fans and were suppose to think illogical and ask for the impossible it just comes with the title.

If your answer is yes, then why even entertain trading Otah for a 2nd round pick or even worse less?

You have to admit that most of you throw a tantrum when we lose and disregard any postives shown because we lost. Thats fair but at the same time if all you really care about is winning now, then why trade somebody who can play an important role in the ultimate goal of winning now and as often as possible?

If your answer is I do not think we have a shot at a winning season now, then why do you cry for an aging vet to be signed everytime one is cut or is still available on the open market?

lol, god forbid people have a discussion about trading away an injury prone lineman.

How is getting a 2nd round pick for Otah NOT going to help this team? This team needs a couple of more pieces to be a threat.

Because if he's not on the team this year he can't help us win. btw if he's such a liability why would anyone trade for him?
