Need help....again...

I love movies and hate paying for them. So, I'm using Frostwire to try to download torrents and I keep getting movies with no sound. I downloaded True Grit, the video quality is great, but no sound what so ever and this isn't the first time I've had this problem. It was an avi and I tried to watch it with Windows Media Player, which is what I always use and nada.

Any suggestions? Better places to hijack movies? Anything?

And please remember, I am computer stupid so make sure it's Barney level insight.

You can also register to DemonoidDOTme They have a wide selection of movies as well.

In your audio options, make sure to set your sound output to 2-ch stereo...there's a good chance it's running in 5.1 by default. And VLC is the way to go.

Get the cccp codec pack. Problem solved.
