It's been almost 7 years since the Patriots won the Superbowl and they have arguably the best QB and best coach. It's really hard to do. So don't get upset if he doesn't win one and not winning one certainly doesn't mean a team, or coach or, QB isn't good.

It all depends on injuries. The coach can't control when his talent goes down for the year. If we have injuries next season like we do this year, I would say playoffs are doubtful.

I think realistically 1 playoff appearance during Cam's rookie contract would be awesome. It really comes down to our division. Every team in the NFCS has potential to win 10 games each season. Now if we were still in the NFCW.....

excellent point sir! It would be really nice to have but even if it doesn't happen, I can honestly say that this is still the best team that we've had no matter what they do or do not accomplish.,, in my opinion anyway. Others may disagree.

before Cam played in game 1, I would have said 5-6 years.. I think Rivera will need to be working on more than playoff contention by year 3..
