-About Cam opening eyes, & when he saw that he could be a star

Watching Cam in college showed him that he has the poise & mind to be a great QB in the league. He knew quickly that he could be a star.

-Asked if Fox was still there, if the offense would be as open as it is

Thinks it would have to be opened up at least more than last year because of Cam's skillset. Didn't notice any ill-will or tendency in his voice when talking about Fox, just in case some people were wondering.

-What record would show that the team is in the right direction

Thinks that with the massive amount of talent on the team we could make the playoffs, & if we are worse than 8-8 that the guys on the team will be pretty disappointed. Then again, we're in the NFC South.

-Asked about the Vick 'controversy' about flags

Thinks that the way Vick plays is a huge factor in getting calls or not. He's still a passer until he crosses the LOS.

Also thinks he has a point of not getting the calls. Also references Jimmy & Matt not getting the same kind of calls that someone like Brady does the past two years.

-SVP says that Beason can come down to the studio/call in anytime this season if he wants to talk NFL

Beason glad he can. Talks about how tough it is to sit all this out when he hadn't missed a snap in 3 and a half years, having to sit on the couch instead of being out there with the guys.

A little short, but Beason was on point, like always.
