Black people rationally protest 'racist' sign in Uptown New Orleans, hilarity ensues

Thats funny and very sad at the same time...

This American does not feel triumphant at all when that happens. I grew up up North and didnt know what it was or witness racism until I moved the the South, or Virginia, in 1987. Since that time I have witnessed more racism from black to white than the other way around. The ratio is way one sided too...

Can we all just get a bong? :sifone:

I grew up in the south and have seen a lot of racism (both overt and concealed from both races)... black people tend to be more overt with it, ie making racist comments no matter who is around, whereas white people tend to be more closet racists, ie only making racist comments around other white people.

fixed for accuracy

nope. if you're white and in New Orleans it's because you can afford to be. Most of our black population is either jobless and worthless or working min. wage jobs. New Orleans was the queen city of the South pre-196s0 when blacks from small southern towns started to move in for public services. A population of 600,000 people, some of the most powerful companies in the world HQed here, little crime, and at that time a 25% black population.

Why do some people insist on injecting their ignorance in every conversation whether it has relevance in the conversation or not?

What ignorance? I'm referring to something said in the video multiple times and apparently intended to be used as a racial slur that I don't understand. Did you even watch the video?
