Oh I'm sorry you have trouble with comprehension. I never once said Otah's injuries were anything in his control. I did say however that some people just get hurt all the time. Am I saying Otah can never be healthy? Nope. Am I saying he can never play a full season? No.. But I guess you went ahead and used all that intelligence of your's to infer that.. Well, good for you. Even those of us who are so inferior to you can be proud of your accomplishments.

Normally I focus on Panther related points, but this isn't the first time you've made it a point to attack me personally over my opinion(be it right or be it wrong). Now, I do understand your opinion that Otah appears injury prone. And, that should be taken into account when and if we decide to extend him....and for how much.

Your assertions that his injuries (meniscus problems with his knee) are related to him being out of shape, not stretching, etc.. are also ridiculous. He is a very large man (although it has been shown that he is in great shape). He has a history of bad knees, and that is a shame. Those injuries are not due to something that he is or is not doing......they are due to the fact that he is a big man with bad knees.

Some players have incredible talent, yet their bodies (usually joints) just can't hold up to the pounding.

But, cutting him now is beyond dumb.

How would you feel if we had traded him for say an Aaron Curry and a conditional draft pick? Obviously speaking in mere hypothetical, but rape jobs like that happen in the league, and its usually the proactive team delivering the butt hurt.

If he is too injury prone for the Panthers (as you suggest), why would you think that we would get anything of value in return?
