I went to buy a Black Newton replica off NFL shop and they were backordered for 4 weeks, as well as other places.

I was thinking of getting it off Ebay, does this look legit?

When buying on Ebay always look at the seller's ratings. He has over 12k ratings with a 99.5% approval. I say its probably legit.

You can get authentics off eBay for cheaper, just have to get lucky and find one. I got a Pep authentic for 40 bucks a few years back, in the wrapper, perfect. Granted, it's probably stolen goods, but who gives a poo.
