Picky eaters ANNOY me!

I just like to eat too.

I went to sullivan's a few weeks ago and my pussy friends each ordered a petite filet.

I ordered a dozen oysters and the bone in ribeye with a fried egg on top. The chef apparently liked my order.

Well done sir, well done. I'll have to try that on the steak, but I always get egg on my burger at one of the local lunch places and the staff thinks it's weird as hell. I blame Anthony Bourdain, but I too, am an egg slut.

It doesn't annoy me that they like or dislike certain things, but what really bothers me is that other people in the world and us don't get the opportunity to eat much less choose from different options.

Put it in front of me and I'll probably eat it. I was a super picky eater when I was a child. Would only eat meat and potatoes and cheese. No veggies for me.

But what I realized was that this food must be good if people care enough to prepare it and eat it, so why don't I give it a legit shot? Now I love everything. Ate at an Ethiopian restaurant for the first time last night and LOVED it.

But to each their own....you are what you eat.

I get that people don't eat seafood due to allergies, but otherwise I don't get why people don't like it.

When I tried crab at about 6 years old, Immediately after I swallowed it my face broke out in hives, and I began to sweat profusely. Had an allergy exam done the week after, and doc told my mom it would be wise that I never eat it again. Luckily it was only a small amount I tried.

Bad thing about it is....I actually thought crab was the best thing since sliced bread, as I was eating it. I would kill to enjoy a crabcake! No shellfish for me though :(
